in a nutshell:
Handed the challenge to recruit 200 new staff, and fast, we produced an award-winning press & radio & exhibition campaign.

challenge:
By the client's own admission there was nothing as such to sell. We had creative carte blanche - as long as we recruited 200 great people.

solution:
We played up the 'face-to face' aspect of the story to the hilt. Radio and press ads pointed to the Open Day, where giant visual panels featured the woodcut images from the press ads. They got their 200 people.
